CEO and Founder

Blake’s 13+ years of experience in the hospitality and beverage industry have brought him to the forefront of his field. He started his career in the hospitality sector, owning and operating three restaurants in the Greater Orlando region. In the aftermath of the pandemic, Blake teamed up with Made By The Water to launch their entire regional portfolio (Oyster City, Catawba, Palmetto, and Faubourg) in Florida. While at Made By The Water, Blake played a pivotal role in propelling the company to rank among the top 50 craft beer producers in the nation. Blake enjoys dining at partnering restaurant accounts, following local sports teams, and visiting art museums across the nation.
